Last Saturday some international friends threw a small going-away party for me in a local park. We kicked off the party with these fun "cups" that were made from hollowed out grapefruits and oranges. They wanted to do something special that I would remember - such a fun, sweet gesture.
I'm definitely in a season of saying good-bye. In some ways it reminds me of almost two years ago when I was preparing to come; I said good-bye to a LOT of friends and family, not knowing when I'd see them again. One of the differences this time is that I truly don't know if I'll see people here again.
